The main components of Industrial Air Filter XL Seris include: universal vacuum arm, high temperature resistant vacuum hose, dust hood (with air volume control valve), fire barrier, flame retardant high efficiency filter element, pulse blowback device, pulse solenoid valve, Differential pressure gauge, clean room, activated carbon filter, heavy ash drawer combination, flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton, new Korean casters with brake, fan, motor and electric control box, etc.
Working principle: Through the force of the fan, the welding fume exhaust gas is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust hood. The air inlet of the equipment is equipped with a flame arrester. Sparks are blocked by the flame arrester, and the smoke and dust enter the settling chamber, using gravity and upward airflow. First, the coarse dust is directly reduced to the ash hopper, and the particulate smoke is captured by the filter element on the outer surface. After the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter element, it flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element, and the clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter. The tuyere meets the standard discharge.
